•   Dispose of equipment (if necessary) according to state and federal environmental laws.
•   Provide a certified report detailing the services performed and confirming software removal (listed by hardware serial number).
•   Services are 100% HIPAA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley and EPA compliant. 

Secure Disposal

This service is ideal for all companies and provides a secure and environmentally friendly solution for recycling computers, monitors, printers and other IT equipment. PC Disposal properly retires computer hardware and takes special steps in the areas of security, legal compliance and accountability.
PC Disposal will:

•   Pick up equipment directly from your loading dock.
•   Thoroughly erase all data from hard disks using Department of Defense recommended methods (on-site service available). This protects against software licensing infringement and loss of sensitive information.
•   Dispose of equipment (if necessary) according to state and federal environmental laws.
•   Provide an audit report detailing services performed and confirming software removal (listed by hardware serial number). 

Resell Equipment

Some of your old equipment might still hold significant value. If so, PC Disposal can resell this equipment and share the profits with you. Ask your PC Disposal representative for details. Not all equipment qualifies for resell and there is a resell time limit. 

Equipment Donation Preparation

The time and effort required to prepare computer systems for donation can often offset any tax advantages. Compuquest can cost-effectively pursue the steps necessary to help donate and deliver your systems to their destination (i.e. school or charity of your choice).

Compuquest will:

•  Pick up equipment directly from your location.
•  Thoroughly erase all data from hard disks.
•   Load new operating system (if necessary).
•  Provide documentation of the disposition of each piece of equipment (listed by hardware serial number).
•  Deliver equipment to your chosen destination (i.e. school or charity), or store the equipment for pick-up from our location. 

Employee Purchase Programs

Compuquest can make your employee purchase program hassle-free. Your employees will be able to log on to our website with a username and password to purchase retired equipment. All systems for sale are thoroughly tested and have a thirty (30) day limited warranty. Your equipment is put on your company’s area of our website for a period of sixty (60) days and we refund a percentage of the sales back to you.

Redeployment Programs

Are you planning on handing down your old computer systems to end users in other departments? This may sound like a good idea, but spending time preparing and upgrading the old computers can often end up costing more than purchasing new ones. Compuquest can make hardware redeployment smart and cost-effective. Our services include:

•   Reformat hard disk.
•   Physical Cleaning of hardware and monitor.
•   General system analysis and checkout.
•   Upgrade of core components, hard disk, RAM, network card and operating system (if required).
•   Pickup and relocation.

Compuquest will offer storage services to our clients, free of charge for up to three months on redeployment projects. Shipping and handling are also available.
