*CQST is a certified warranty repair center for HP , Compaq, IBM, Sony and Toshiba. For all other brands, as well as HP Pavilion and Presario laptops, we can perform the repair under the warranty period but full labor and parts charges may apply. If you are placing a warranty claim, please include a copy of your original purchase invoice when you come in.
