If I am having a problem with something I can call them up and most of the time they can talk me through it right over the phone, if it is a bigger problem that I can't fix, I drop my computer off to them and I get it back pretty quick. I took my crashed hard disk coputer there and was amazed with their work they are real professional and expert. After one week I contacted them by phone and found their customer services also very nice. Now I am their customer for life. Their charges are also very low and service is very fast and of high quality.They also carry computer related items.
